When are you open?We are open on Wednesdays from noon - 4 pm each week (unless it is a major holiday week or we have a weather related closure). We are also open on the 4th Tuesday evening of the month from 4:30 - 6:30 pm.

Where are you located?We are located in the Batesville Area Resource Center (BARC) on the corner of Huntersville Rd. and County Line Rd. The address is 920 County Line Rd., Batesville.

Who can come to the Food Pantry?We serve all Hoosiers as required by The Emergency Food Assistance Program.

How often can I come to the Food Pantry?Each family can come to the pantry 2 times per month. On the first visit, each family will receive a full allotment of food. A family who comes a second time in a month will receive a limited quantity of food.

What do I need to bring?If possible, please bring your own reusable bags. Reusing bags is a great way to preserve our resources and protect our planet.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
